With first-hand experience of being in your shoes, founder Jo Fuhrmann, is passionate about challenging the status quo. Jo has passionately listened and worked with clients to discover what self-care should look like through separation.

What feels like the end is often the beginning. We can assist you from your Divorce Application to your Divorce Hearing so that you can obtain a Divorce Order which will finalise your Divorce.
Property & Financial Settlements
What do we do about all of our possessions and debt? We work with you and collaboratively work with your former partner, spouse or their legal representative to come to a resolution that is the best outcome for your family. This includes advising you on your rights under the Family Law Act, negotiation, mediation and litigation when required.

How do we care for the kids in two homes? We are a child focused firm. The best interests of your children are paramount. Let’s work out together what works for your individual family.
